All BOEMI Botanicals products are thoughtfully crafted in Bali, Indonesia, using locally sourced and ethically produced ingredients whenever possible.
- Do you use preservatives in your products?
Our ingredients are pure and fresh — and we want to keep them that way. That’s why we do not use artificial or synthetic preservatives.
Instead, we rely on natural ingredients with inherent antibacterial and antifungal properties, such as specific botanical oils, to help support the product’s stability.
As a result, our products do have a natural shelf life — just as you would expect from truly natural formulations.
- Are your products vegan?
BOEMI Botanicals is a natural-focused brand, not a vegan brand. While many of our ingredients are plant-derived, some products may contain non-vegan natural ingredients such as beeswax.
If you need a list of options without beeswax or animal-derived ingredients, our team will be happy to assist you. - Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. We never test on animals — our products are tested only on ourselves and kind volunteers who share our values.
- Are your products pH-balanced?
Yes. Every formulation is carefully balanced to help maintain your skin’s natural pH and support a healthy barrier.
- Do you ever change your product formulations?
As a small-batch brand, we’re always refining and improving. If you notice a slight change, rest assured it’s made with care and intention.
- Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes. Most of our packaging is recyclable, except for pumps and droppers.We also offer a recycling program — bring back your clean BOEMI bottles or tubs, and receive a small reward for helping us close the loop.
- What payment methods do you accept?
You can use any of the following options at checkout to finalize your order: Mastercard, JCB or Visa. - Can I pay via cash on delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer COD. This helps us ensure product quality, minimize waste, and provide a smooth transaction experience for every order. - Is my payment secure?
